Key Responsibilities
• Make suitable recommendations for improvements
• Facilitate effective User Acceptance Testing for new & updated systems,
fixes & enhancements
• Support business process workshops/training
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on all systems and processes
• Provide training to users
• Undertake requirements gathering process to gain background project
information
• Improve existing systems by studying current usage practices
• Take full advantage of Salesforce functionalities
