Our client has registered impressive sales growth in the last few years and now wants to sustain and grow it further. They have an exciting position for a Senior Digital Application Manager Salesforce to join their engineering team.
Responsibilities
• Taking accountability for the technical and commercial success of the application services
• Working in an agile delivery setup
• Working as a POC for one/several SaaS/Cloud services such as Salesforce Sales & Service, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi
• Collaborating with central and regional functions
• Handling contractual topics, operational issues, service lifecycle
• Planning and managing respective product budgets & SLAs,
• Aligning with the business and service recipients
• Managing with external and internal service suppliers
Qualifications
• Several years of work experience in an application management role
• Prior Agile working experience
• Proven track record in managing SaaS/Cloud in large Agile environments
• Knowledge in Salesforce, Mulesoft
• Experience with Agile and offshore delivery models
• Ready for frequent business trips
• Fluent English language skills
• Having German language skills would be beneficial
