What you’ll be doing
• Developing custom applications for different divisions of the group
• Supporting all the levels of data migration
• Working for internal and external APIs
• Configuring Workflow Rules/Process Builder
• Collaborating with Salesforce customer support
• Raising tickets as and when required
• Adding new functionality and app releases
• Handling Security Profiles, Roles and Permission Sets
What you’ll bring to the role
• At least 1 year of prior experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform
• Hands-on experience of building custom apps and objects, formula fields and workflows
• Familiarity with Visual Flows and Data Loaders
Bonus points
• Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or Certified Salesforce Platform Builder preferred
• Knowledge about Field Service Lightning
• Prior experience working on Visualforce and lightning components
